The changes in ICD-10 chiropractic codes and guidelines will be effective from October 1, 2023 and will remain active till September 2024. Unspecified codes yield limited information. G44.86&nbsp;Cervicogenic headache (New Code)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>This code includes the instruction: \u201cCode also associated cervical spinal condition, if known. This means 2 codes are required to describe a condition.
